How to report infringing content, and what sellers may list. Last updated August 4, 2026.
If you are a rights holder
If you own a copyright or trademark and believe a listing, message, or other content on Campaid infringes it, email us and we will investigate promptly. Infringing content is removed, and repeat infringers lose their accounts permanently.

Please include: what you own and proof you own it, a link to the specific listing or content, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is not authorised. Naming the exact listing matters — we can only act on content we can find.
If you are selling on Campaid
You can always describe what you are actually selling, using its real name. Naming a real team, event, venue, brand, or product is how buyers find your listing, and it is allowed. What is not allowed is making or selling items that use someone else's logo without permission, or suggesting a listing is official when it isn't.
Allowed
- Naming the real game, team, artist, or venue your ticket is for
- A photo of the actual ticket or item, even if a logo appears on it
- Naming the real brand of a product you own and are reselling
- Reselling officially licensed merchandise you bought
Not allowed
- Items you made yourself carrying a school, team, or company logo
- Using a logo or mascot artwork as your listing image
- Calling a listing “official” when it is not
- Counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods and tickets
School and team names and logos are usually licensed, and licensing is actively enforced. Reselling a shirt you bought is fine. Printing your own is not.
Campaid's own name and brand
“Campaid” and the Campaid logo belong to Ugig LLC. You may refer to Campaid by name. Please do not use our logo, or present yourself as Campaid or as endorsed by Campaid, without written permission.
Campaid is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any college or university.
